Senior Group Discount: Senior Groups (55 years of age or older) of 10 or more may purchase $10 tickets on select day games. Available areas are Outfield Box and Rightfield Mezzanine.

Fundraising: Non-profit groups can raise funds for their organization. Available for all Value and Premium Games. Additional discounts available on Super Fundraiser days.

Group Ticket Policies

How to Order: Order online or call (303) ROCKIES. You may also visit our Coors Field Ticket Office or any Rockies Dugout Store to place a group ticket order.

Group Payment Policy: A $10 handling fee will be applied to all group ticket orders. A 25% deposit is required to reserve tickets. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to your game date, and full payment is required prior to the shipping of tickets. Group tickets for Opening Day and Fireworks games must be paid in full at time of reservation. All Rockpile tickets must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Group Ticket Availability: Each Rockies ticket order is filled with the best available seating within the desired location. Please be aware that many sections are very popular and availability is limited. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional orders cannot be guaranteed seating in the same location as the original order.

Group Ticket Return Policy: You must purchase/keep at least 25 tickets. You may return up to 25% of any purchased group tickets. Tickets must be returned to our office BY MAIL (2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205-2008) at least 10 days prior to the game date. No returns on Rockpile or Rio on the Rocks tickets.

Unused Group Ticket Days: Unused group tickets may be exchanged for the following regular season games: June 17-18, June 23-25, September 1-6, September 18-24. All tickets must be exchanged through the Group Sales Department BY MAIL (2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205-2008) no later than 3 days prior to the desired game date. Unused Group tickets may not be exchanged at the ticket windows. A $2 per ticket service charge will apply. Rockpile tickets are eligible for unused group ticket days.

Lost or Stolen Group Ticket Policy: Lost, forgotten or stolen group tickets may be replaced; however, the following guidelines apply:

  • The exact seat location of the lost or stolen tickets must be known. For that reason, it is important to keep an accurate record of ticket holders and their locations.
  • Lost or forgotten tickets will be replaced for a non-refundable $5 processing fee.
  • Stolen tickets will be replaced at no charge with a police report listing exact game date and seat location. If a police report is not provided, the lost ticket policy will be in effect.

Group Ticket Rainout Policy: If a game is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the following policy will apply:

  • Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game. If fans are unable to attend the rescheduled game, tickets may be exchanged for another game during the 2014 regular season, subject to price and availability. The tickets must be exchanged prior to the start of the rescheduled game.
  • If the tickets cannot be used for the rescheduled game, they may exchanged as a group or individually. To exchange as a group, the group leader must contact their group sales representative or (303) ROCKIES. Individual exchanges can be made at the Coors Field Ticket Office or the Dugout Stores.
  • There will be no refunds in the event of a rainout.

Restrictions on Commercial use of Rockies Tickets by Purchasers: Group tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways), trade or other commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Colorado Rockies. (Note: the above statement is printed on the back of each ticket)

Further, no person or entity can use the Colorado Rockies' name, logos, trademarks, copyrights or any other intellectual property without our express written permission.

Parking / Other Information

Parking at Coors Field

Parking is available in advance for automobiles in Lot B for $13. If your group is arriving at Coors Field by bus, parking is available for $30. Parking may be purchased in advance through (303) ROCKIES, the Coors Field Ticket Office, Dugout Stores and King Soopers outlets. Parking can also be purchased on the day of the game at the parking entrance located at Park Avenue and Wazee Street. Click here for directions, maps and other transportation information.

Coors Field Policies

  • Bags smaller than 16" X 16" X 8" will be permitted in the gates. All permitted bags are subject to search both upon entry and within the ballpark. All gates utilize "Inspection Lanes" for Guests carrying permitted items. Backpacks will be permitted providing they fall within the allowable bag size.
  • The following items will also be permitted into Coors Field: plastic beverage containers, sliced fruit, binoculars, seat cushions, umbrellas, paper or plastic cups and strollers - that fold or collapse to fit underneath seats (larger strollers may be claim-checked at the gates upon entry).   • The following items will not be permitted: hard-sided coolers, thermoses and insulated cups larger than 22 ounces, glass bottles, aluminum cans, alcohol & illegal drugs, bota bags or wine skins, sticks, clubs, fireworks and firearms, bullhorns, noisemakers, confetti, animals (except service animals), beach balls or other inflatable items, and camera pods (except for credentialed media personnel).   • Signs and banners must be baseball-related, may not be offensive or commercial in nature and may not be affixed in any manner which could damage any surface. They may not be carried aloft or paraded while the game is in progress. Coors Field and the Colorado Rockies reserve the right to remove any sign or banner.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from throwing any objects in the stands or onto the playing field. Fans who do so may be ejected from the stadium.

Scoreboard Messages

Once you have purchased a group of 25 or more tickets, you are entitled to a scoreboard message that will be displayed during the game.

Guidelines to follow when choosing a scoreboard message to display:

  • Messages may have up to 33 characters, including spaces and punctuation
  • Messages may not be of an advertising nature (e.g. ABC Co. - Call us at 303-123-4567).
  • We must have your message in our computer system at least 72 hours prior to your game date. Otherwise, display of your message cannot be guaranteed.
  • All messages are preceded by "THE COLORADO ROCKIES WELCOME"

The following explains when and where your scoreboard message will be displayed:

  • Scoreboard messages appear during the 5th inning, either on the Main Scoreboard or the Alternate Scoreboard.
  • Your message may not be displayed alone depending on how many groups we have for your game.
  • The Alternate Scoreboard is located on the façade of the club level on the first base side corner. Your message will appear here if your seats are located in sections U345-U347, L345-L346, 148-150, Rockpile or Pavilion seating.
  • The Main Scoreboard is located behind the Pavilion seating area at left centerfield. If your seats are located in any other seating area besides the ones listed above, your message will appear on the Main Scoreboard.
