Prior to every Fiesta Friday and Super Saturday, the Marlins will host player autograph sessions at the Strike Zone at Gate H, which are open to the public. Friday player autograph sessions are open to all ages, while the Saturday player autograph sessions will be for kids 12 and under only. Saturdays will also include celebrity and alumni autograph sessions pregame at the Strike Zone that are open to all ages. Billy The Marlin is the official mascot of the Miami Marlins. He is in attendance at every Marlins home game and performs a special routine during the middle of the 5th inning of each game. A one-hour Spanish radio show originating from a select location in the Hispanic community every Friday, throughout the year. The show airs on WQBA 1140 AM from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Eduardo Gonzalez Rubio will host the show along with Pedro Milian and Juan Martinez, which features interviews, analysis and prizes. Fans can visit the local Latin cafeterias and enjoy the live broadcast, as well as complimentary Cuban coffee, courtesy of Café Bustelo.
Cameras and videotaping are allowed in the stadium. However, fans may not reproduce any film shot at Sun Life Stadium for any commercial use without the written permission of the Miami Marlins. Please be courteous and careful not to obstruct the view of others when taking pictures.

As part of Family Sundays, all kids 12 and under will be able to run the bases on the field immediately following every Sunday home game at Sun Life Stadium. Once the game has ended, kids and parents or chaperons should report to the concourse of section 141-142, where they will be escorted to the field. Diamond Dash is subject to rain conditions, time of game etc. Billy's Bunch members may also show their membership card to go to the VIP Diamond Dash line.

The Miami Marlins Community Foundation will host a 50-50 Raffle every Sunday during the season. Raffle tickets are available for the following donations: 1 for $3, 2 for $5, 5 for $10 or 20 for $15. The raffle is held from the time the gates open until the end of the third inning. One lucky winner will receive one-half of the money collected from the raffle that day. The other half will be used for the Cornerstones for Kids programs. The Marlins Family Fun Zone is an interactive play area for fans of all ages. The Fun Zone is part of Marlins Fan Headquarters located outside of Section 146. The Family Fun Zone offers kids the opportunity to play MLB 2K10 on one of four XBOX 360 consoles, meet the Maniacs, spin the prize wheel, and play in a bounce house. Adults have the opportunity to hit in a big league batting cage and win a prize by testing their accuracy on the Marlins Pitching Inflatable. The Family Fun Zone opens 90 minutes prior to the start of the game and remains open through the 7th inning.
Every Sunday home game is Marlins Family Sunday. Fans are encouraged to head to Strike Zone early as gates open at 11:30AM. Family Sunday activities at the Strike Zone at Gate H include Snapshot Sunday (where fans can take pictures with a Marlins player for a limited time), live visits from Billy and other characters, as well as music, games, and activities from Radio Disney AM 990. Plus, the Marlins Family Fun Zone will be open at Marlins Fan Headquarters, outside of Section 146 from the time the gates open until the 7th inning. After the game, kids 12 and under can run the bases on the field in the Diamond Dash.
The Miami Marlins Fan Club is available to fans 13 years and older with a membership fee of $20.
Letters to Marlins players should be addressed to the players in care of the Miami Marlins, Sun Life Stadium, 2267 Dan Marino Blvd., Miami, FL 33056. If a response is desired, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. All letters are delivered to the addressee, but a personal response from a player cannot be guaranteed. Generic fan mail letters are reviewed by Community Outreach, who generally respond with a Fan Pack.
Donors contribute and receive a tax deductible donation to the Miami Marlins Community Foundation. Every Friday night home game is a Fiesta Friday! Fans are encouraged to come early for the Fiesta Friday Happy Hour at the Strike Zone at Gate H from 5:30-7PM for live Salsa music, Dominando con los Marlins, live broadcasts, an autograph session with Marlins players, giveaways and much more. Also, fans will be treated to live music throughout the game from the Marlins Pachanga band. Fans can stay after the game for The 10th Inning Party with appearances from the Mermaids and the Manatees.
The Marlins are happy to have you keep any baseballs thrown or hit into the stands. However, fans must not enter the playing surface to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls still in play. All fans are cautioned to stay alert for foul balls at all times.

The Grand Slam Club is a volunteer ticket sales organization. Grand Slam Club members volunteer their time to refer new season ticket and group leads. They are rewarded for their efforts with official Marlins merchandise, receptions and other opportunities not available to the average fan. The Greatest Save Program is a great way for parents to promote the safety of their children while enjoying a Marlins game at Sun Life Stadium. Parents are urged to enroll their child in the Greatest Save Program at Guest Relations at section 156 and section 456, or at the Concierge at section 242 and section 342. Upon enrollment, their seat location will be recorded, which will help facilitate their safe return in the event they are separated or lost.

The Jr. RBI League is run in conjunction with the City of Miami Parks and Recreation Department. The invitational league ensures that kids growing up in disadvantaged urban areas of Miami have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baseball. The League consists for 3 divisions; T-Ball, Coach Pitch and Kid Pitch. As the kids age out of the program, they become eligible to participate in the RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) Program. The first all-male super-fan dance team in Major League Baseball. Since the unveiling of the Manatees, they have received international media coverage. The Manatees will be performing at all Friday and Saturday night home games.
New Marlins interactive fan squad. The Maniacs will be at every Friday, Saturday and Sunday home game. They will roam on concourses and in stands all game long. During any weekend rain delays, visit Fan Headquarters (Section 146) to participate in fun and interactive activities hosted by the Maniacs.
Marlins@School is an on-line curriculum enhancement program that utilizes the Miami Marlins as the basis for the lessons. Marlins@School aims to enhance the learning experiences of children in grades 4 through 6 by linking baseball to the curriculum areas of language arts, mathematics, science, health/fitness and geography. Marlins players, coaches and broadcasters will visit 18 participating classrooms during the week of May 24 as part of Marlins@School Week.

Marlins Fan Headquarters is located outside of Section 146 and is open every home game. Fans can go to Fan Headquarters to spin the prize wheel, hit in a big league batting cage, play MLB 2K10, register for contests and prizes, and get information on Marlins season and group ticket packages. Fans can also sign up for the Marlins Fan Club, and sign their kids up for the Billy's Bunch kids club. Fan Headquarters opens with the stadium gates and remains open through the 7th inning. The official name of the Jumbotron. It will feature all new skits, parodies, video news releases, celebrity tags, commercials, live feed throughout the stadium, and much more to entertain and excite Marlins fans. Marlins Vision will be hosted by Johanna Gomez, who will roam the stadium every Friday and Saturday featuring Marlins fans on Marlins Vision for trivia and prizes.
The Miami Marlins wives encourage fans to donate school supplies during their Annual Back to School Drive. The wives' drive helps prepare South Florida's less fortunate children with the necessary supplies to head back to school. Supplies, such as paper, pencils, folders, notebooks, backpacks, calculators, rulers, crayons, and clothing such as socks and undergarments, will be collected at entrance gates and donated to the SOS Children's Village. The 2010 Wives Back to School Drive will be held on Friday, July 23.
The Marlins Wives and the Miami Marlins Community Foundation will once again team up to hold the 2010 Wives Tackle Box Auction. The auction will take place on Saturday, July 24, and will once again feature Marlins Tackle Boxes. Each Tackle Box will represent a Marlins player and include an autographed item as well as items unique to their personalities.
The Miami Marlins Youth Baseball Clinic Series allows Marlins coaches and players the opportunity to pass along their baseball knowledge to kids. In order to give children the experience of learning baseball from professionals, the Marlins conduct clinics on select Saturday mornings throughout the year. Marlins players and coaches teach the fundamentals of pitching, hitting and fielding.

Singers interested in performing the national anthem for a Marlins home game are asked to submit a demo tape performing the anthem a-capella (without music). Instrumentalists are also asked to submit a demo tape without accompaniment. All performers should label their audition tapes with their name, address and telephone number. The tapes should be sent to the Marlins offices to Luis Dones attention. Due to the numerous requests from performers and limited available dates, we cannot guarantee that everyone submitting an audition tape will be scheduled to perform. Sun Life Stadium prides itself on the prescription athletic turf (natural grass) making up its playing surface. It was designed with mechanical drainage capability and provides a firm surface within 30 minutes of a one-inch-per-hour downpour. The stadium also features a synthetic warning track designed to absorb water and a hydraulic, disappearing pitcher's mound.

Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) is a youth program offering children ages 13-18, who live in disadvantaged areas, the opportunity to participate in organized baseball and softball. This program is designed to promote interest in baseball, academic achievement and social responsibility. The Miami Marlins Community Foundation holds a raffle at each Saturday home game. Super Saturday Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5. Foundation volunteers will be selling raffle tickets at the following locations: Gate G lobby, Gate F & H Plazas and sections 138, 149, 156 and 244 from the time the gates open until the end of the first inning. Every Super Saturday during the season, the Marlins will host celebrity and player autograph sessions at the Strike Zone which are open to the public. The autograph sessions will feature Marlins players and alumni, celebrities, and Super Saturday post-game concert artists, based on availability. The autograph sessions will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be for a limited number of fans.
During Scout Days, all Boy and Girl Scouts in uniform will receive a special Scout Day Patch. All Scout Packs and Troops will receive huge savings in the Infield Box, Bullpen Box and Outfield Terrace seats.
Marlins scorecards are available at stadium souvenir stands for only $1.00.
Marlins players, coaches and Billy The Marlin will participate in a one (1) hour event on the field prior to the August 21, Marlins vs. Astros game. Full and 41-Game Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with Marlins players, Billy The Marlin and coaches.

Smoking is not permitted in the seating areas, restrooms, concourse or any area of the Club Level of the Sun Life Stadium. Smoking is permitted on the ramps of each level in the designated areas.
Snapshot Sunday is the best opportunity for fans to take a picture with a Marlins player. Fans who arrive early at Strike Zone when the gates open 1½ before the first pitch will have the opportunity to take a picture with a Marlins player, Billy, or the Mermaids at Snapshot Sunday. A player will only be available for the first 100 fans. Fans need to bring their own cameras. Snapshot Sunday is first-come, first-serve, and photographs are not guaranteed.
The Miami Marlins are proud to announce the fourth season for their "Stars and Stripes" ticket program for United States military personnel and their families. Unveiled in 2003, this program allows military personnel, Active, Reserve, and National Guard, and their dependents, to attend Marlins regular season Sunday games for free. Close to14, 000 tickets have been provided for members of the United States Military and their families during the first three years of this program.
To receive their complimentary tickets, eligible military personnel, or dependents, must present their military ID (DOD or Homeland Security cards) at the Gate H box office at Sun Life Stadium, on the day of the game, at least 1 hour prior to the start of the game. This program is good for every Marlins Sunday home game and tickets are subject to availability.
The Strike Zone is the interactive entertainment area at Gate H and is open before all weekend games. Strike Zone will encompass the entire Gate H plaza area and opens 90 minutes before first pitch. The Strike Zone is the destination for Marlins fans to enjoy pregame activities, games, entertainment, autograph sessions and much more. On Fiesta Fridays before the game, fans can enjoy a live music from a salsa band, Dominando con los Marlins (dominoes tournament), an autograph session with Marlins players and live radio station broadcasts. After the games on Friday, fans can stay for the 10th Inning Party with live entertainment for one hour after the conclusion of the game. On Super Saturdays, fans can get autographs from celebrities and Marlins alumni, and kids 12 and under can get autographs from select Marlins players! Plus, enjoy games, activities, and live music on the Strike Zone stage for all ages. The Mermaids, Manatees and Maniacs also visit the Strike Zone before all Saturday games. And on Family Sundays, the Strike Zone is the place to be for families to enjoy face painters, clowns, arts and crafts, bounce houses, and activities and games from Radio Disney AM 990. Fans can also take pictures with a Marlins player, Billy The Marlin, Lil Billy and the Mermaids as part of Snapshot Sunday.

The Marlins support Teach for America by sponsoring teachers at Lenora B Smith Elementary School and West Little River Elementary School, both located in Miami. Teach for America is a non-profit organization that trains and places outstanding recent college graduates, of all academic majors, into classrooms in the most economically disadvantaged communities in America.

FOX Sports Florida begins its 13th year as the exclusive cable TV home of the Marlins with announcers Rich Waltz and Tommy Hutton providing all the action and analysis, and sportscasters Craig Minervini and Frank Forte as hosts of the pregame show, Marlins Live. FOX Sports Florida and sister network, Sun Sports, will air 150 regular season games, the majority will be available in High Definition.
