The Minnesota Twins and the Hennepin County Health Department partner to present the Step-to-It healthy living challenge. Daily physical activity has long been recognized as an essential ingredient of a healthy lifestyle. Yet, many Americans both young and old do not get enough activity to live long, healthy lives. "Step To It" is a comprehensive program to help improve the health of communities, residents, worksites and employees by encouraging physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.
Students at Hennepin County schools also compete in healthy activities to receive a school visit and major league workout from the Minnesota Twins.
