Mariners Fan & Kids Appreciation Celebrations

Final Weekend Games of Season Feature Prizes and Special Events at Safeco Field

A postgame fireworks show and drawings for dozens of prizes including a Ford C-Max hybrid car, a seven-day Holland America Line cruise, airline tickets, flat screen TV, 2014 Opening Night tickets, and player autographed memorabilia highlight the Fan Appreciation Night and Kids Appreciation Day celebrations at Safeco Field on September 27 and 29.

Fan Appreciation Night, Friday, September 27 (Mariners vs. Oakland A's)

Start time for the game on Friday, September 21, is 7:10pm. Gates at The 'Pen open at 4:40pm. All other gates open at 5:10pm. All fans will receive a Seattle Mariners team poster with a preview of the 2014 season schedule.

Random Prize Drawings

During batting practice, fans have the chance to catch specially marked balls redeemable for Mariners autographs. During the game, there will be random drawings for prizes including roundtrip airfare, Holland America Line cruises, gift cards to Seattle restaurants, a Mariners Team Store shopping spree, Diamond Club and All-Star Club tickets, a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.0 with one year of T-Mobile service, iPad Mini, iPod and much more. Every inning, a car key will be given away, one of which will start a 2013 Ford C-Max hybrid car. The nine key holders will test their luck on field immediately after the game. A fireworks show, set to the music of the summer of 2013, will start approximately 20 minutes after the final out of the game.

4th Annual Fan Awards

During the pre-game ceremony, which starts at 6:30pm, the 4th Annual Fan Awards will be presented including Fan Catch of the Year, Fan Photo of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement. The Mariners will also honor the ROOT SPORTS™ Ultimate Northwest Fans from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.

The Baseball Writers Association of America Seattle Chapter will present its annual Mariners team awards including Pitcher of the Year, Player of the Year, Unsung Hero and Heart & Hustle Awards.

Kids Appreciation Day, Sunday, September 29 (Mariners vs. Oakland)
