Mariners starter Erik Bedard lasted only three innings, and his relief fared no better, with Chris Jakubauskas getting touched by the Indians for six runs on seven hits in 1 2/3 innings out of the 'pen. The offense also struggled, collecting just four hits off Tribe starter Jeremy Sowers.
