Since the inaugural game on July 15, 1999, Safeco Field has gained a reputation locally, regionally and nationally as an unforgettable setting for baseball and special events. Stunning views of the downtown Seattle skyline, breathtaking sunsets over Elliott Bay, state-of-the-art amenities and warm hospitality are only a few of the reasons why the Zagat guide recently listed the ballpark as the top attraction in Seattle.
