The Seattle Mariners are active in community projects and fundraisers that benefit charitable organizations throughout our region. We would like to offer you the opportunity to see exciting Major League Baseball at Safeco Field while raising funds for your organization! Eligible 501©3 organizations receive a substantial group discount for select games while fundraising.
- Reserve 40 or more group tickets in one of our specially priced fundraising areas on featured dates throughout the 2009 season.
- Raise funds by selling each ticket for up to face value to organization members, businesses, friends, family and community partners.
- Your organization retains the difference on each ticket sold.
- The Seattle Mariners will recognize your group during the game with a scoreboard greeting.
- Groups of 600 or more can be honored on field by having a representative throw out the group "First Pitch" prior to your game (based on availability).
- Groups that sell 1,000 or more fundraising tickets in April, May, June or September or 2,000 or more tickets in July or August will receive use of a Safeco Field Private Suite for your game (based on availability). Use the suite to host Board Members or as a raffle/auction item to enhance the fundraising event.
An Easy Online Option!
The Group Manager Fundraising Program will eliminate the need to collect orders, payment and distribute tickets. With a guarantee to purchase at least 40 tickets, an online program can be set up to allow group members to purchase and print tickets directly from their personal computer.
Three simple steps:
- Work with a Mariners Account Executive to select the game, seating level and set a resale price. The seats will be held on an account exclusively for your fundraiser so that your group can sit together.
- Promote your event with a unique link (Mariners.com/YourName) set up just for your fundraiser with instructions on how to purchase and print tickets from home or work.
- Enjoy the game! Within 30 days, your organization will receive a check for the proceeds raised.
