Rays Summer Concert Series

The 2014 Rays Summer Concert Series begin shortly after select homes games conclude and are FREE with the purchase of that game's ticket.*

Full Season Ticket Holders who purchased all 81 games in the Home Plate Club, Hancock Bank Club, Fieldside Box, Lower Infield Box or Lower Box receive complimentary wristbands for field access to the postgame concerts (one per seat up to a maximum of six (6) wristbands).

Joan Jett

Joan Jett is an originator, an innovator and a visionary. As the leader of the hard-rocking Blackhearts, she's had eight platinum and gold albums and nine Top-40 singles, including the classics "Bad Reputation," "I Love Rock 'N' Roll," "I Hate Myself For Loving You" and "Crimson and Clover." Jett sits at the head of her own independent label, Blackheart Records and has acted in movies and television, including 1987's Light Of Day and in a Tony-nominated Broadway musical, The Rocky Horror Show. She has appeared on such acclaimed television shows as Oprah (the last season) and Law and Order.

As a producer, she has overseen albums by Bikini Kill, Circus Lupus, as well as the Germs' LA punk masterpiece, GI.

Jett's music has become a permanent force in mainstream culture. A version of "I Hate Myself for Loving You" has been NBC's Sunday Night Football (performed this past season by Carrie Underwood) and her music is heard in countless films and TV shows including Easy A, Kick Ass, The Runaways, Shrek, Baby Mama and many more.

Celebrate Christmas in July with the Emmy-winning Imagination Movers when they appear July 27 after the Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field. The Movers will perform lots of crowd-pleasing songs from their hit Disney Junior television series as well as classic holiday tunes that will transform Trop Field into a virtual winter wonderland.

For more than a decade, the Imagination Movers -- Rich Collins, Scott Durbin, Dave Poche and Scott Smith -- have entertained parents and children alike with their sense of humor and high-energy musical style that evokes the Red Hot Chili Peppers as they sing about healthy snacks, playing catch and conquering childhood fears of bedtime. The band earns rave reviews for performances across North America, Europe and Asia. Highlights include appearances at the White House and gigs on The View, Live with Regis and Kelly and Good Morning America.
